The Sumico DM16 Digital Mixer has two important outstanding features: Auto Fader and DCA Group

The Auto Fader automatically adjusts the volume level of signal channels based on preset fader parameters, saving time, reducing technical errors during live performances, and enhancing accuracy in professional mixing sessions.

The DCA Group allows the creation of three control groups, enabling simultaneous volume adjustment of multiple channels within each group (e.g., drum group: channels 1–6, instrument group: channels 7–10, vocal group: channels 11–14) using a single fader, without altering the internal settings of individual channels. This means users can control the entire drum set, backing instruments, or vocals with just one fader, or quickly mute an entire group of channels (for example, muting all stage microphones) without affecting the gain, EQ, or effects of each individual channel. In particular, the Sumico DM16 Mixer allows users to store and recall up to 16 effect modes (effect modes - preconfigured audio effect settings that can be saved as automatic program presets). This feature significantly saves time in recurring events or when quick switching between multiple users is required—an essential capability in environments such as live performances, karaoke venues, or churches, where systems are often shared or operated on a regular schedule.

The Sumico DM16 Mixer integrates a next-generation Digital Signal Processing (DSP) engine, enabling simultaneous processing of multiple effects without latency or loss of signal quality.
